Vintage Mobile Bar Experience

Step 1:
Tap the “Book a Bar” button to check availability and tell us about your event date, location, and details.

Step 2:
We’ll send you a Rental Contract to secure your booking. A 50% deposit of your total fee is required to reserve your date.

Step 3:
Pick your package:

• WanderBar Mobile Bar Service
  • $150/hour (Monday–Thursday & Sunday)
  • $225/hour (Friday & Saturday)
  • 3-hour minimum
  • Includes:
  ✔ Our vintage camper bar fully set up and decorated
  ✔ A certified, professional bartender
  ✔ Ice, basic mixers, cups, and bar tools
  ✔ Setup and tear-down service

Need more time? Additional hours are billed at the same hourly rate.

Want to elevate your experience? We offer custom upgrades for an additional fee:
• Specialty cocktail design & ingredients
• Non-alcoholic beverage stations (mocktails, lemonade, etc.)
• Hot coffee & tea service
• Glassware rental (wine, rocks, cocktail glasses)

Step 4:
We’ll reconnect about two weeks before your event to confirm final details—your drink menu, headcount, and logistics.

Step 5:
Event day magic! We’ll deliver, set up, and serve your guests with style. After the party, we’ll handle clean-up and trailer breakdown.

 

Please note: WanderBar is BYOB-friendly in compliance with Michigan law—clients provide the alcohol, and we handle the rest!
